Job Introduction

Sodexo is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Social Value & Engagement Manager at Queens Hospital Romford to lead initiatives that enhance the wellbeing of employees, patients, and the local community while supporting sustainability and social responsibility goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver social value, wellbeing, and sustainability initiatives across the site.
• Build strong partnerships with local community groups, charities, schools, and stakeholders.
• Develop programmes that support employment, training, volunteering, and community engagement.
• Monitor, report, and present social value performance and impact.
• Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and employee engagement through events, campaigns, and communications.
• Create newsletters, presentations, and reports that showcase achievements and opportunities.

What You Bring

• Experience in social value, CSR, community engagement, wellbeing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• A proactive, creative, and solution-focused approach.
• Passion for creating positive social impact and building meaningful community relationships.
