  • Ensure alignment with Sodexo’s Project Management Framework and client-specific processes.

  • Manage full project P&L, ensuring accurate forecasting, budget control, and financial governance.

  • Oversee commercial compliance in collaboration with commercial, finance, and QS teams.

  • Lead strategic planning, risk management, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on project delivery models.

  • Ensure all work meets Health & Safety standards, sustainability requirements, and statutory obligations.

  • Manage contractor performance and supply chain engagement.

  • Support business development through pipeline planning and value optimisation.

  • Mentor junior project managers and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Report monthly on project milestones, risks, and financial performance to the Project Director (FM)

What we're looking for

  • Project Management certification (APM, PMI, Prince2 or equivalent).

  • Extensive experience delivering M&E and building fabric projects.

  • Strong technical capability and commercial awareness.

  • Background in engineering or quantity surveying (highly desirable).
