What You Will Do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events, conferences, functions, sports teas, and match teas
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests, clients, and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded. Manage event logistics, resources, stock, and equipment to support smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate hospitality teams to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, safeguarding, and company procedures.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and support teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
