Salary: £13.95 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off nightshifts
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, colleagues, and visitors. Working at Menstrie Bond, you will be responsible for delivering a professional security presence while ensuring site procedures and standards are consistently maintained.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, flexible, and able to work independently while managing priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Carry out regular security patrols across the site
• Monitor access and egress to maintain site security
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
• Complete accurate incident and shift reports
• Operate security systems and maintain basic PC-based records
• Support site safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders
• Prioritise tasks effectively and work using your own initiative

What you bring

• Valid SIA Security Guard Licence
• First Aid qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic PC knowledge
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
• Flexible and professional approach to work
• Right to work in the UK
