Salary: £13.95 per hour
Hours: 48 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 days per week, shift pattern applicable
Contract Type: Permanent Part Time

As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, colleagues, visitors and assets. Working across the Diageo Leven account, you will help deliver a professional security service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.

What you’ll do

• Ensure the safety and security of people, premises and assets across multiple sites
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems where required
• Control access and egress, verifying identification in line with site procedures
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain daily logs
• Provide cover for planned and unplanned absences across sites
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain a secure environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Sodexo professionally at all times

What you bring

• Valid SIA Licence (essential)
• Full driving licence (essential)
• Previous security experience in a similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to incidents
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Flexible approach to working patterns and locations
• Additional security qualifications are desirable
