Salary: £16.65 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Contract: Permanent – Full Time

About the Role

As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at our Diageo Guinness site at 1 Mercer Walk, London.

You’ll provide a professional and reassuring security presence, supporting the day-to-day safety and security of colleagues, visitors and the site. This is a site-based role working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a visible and professional security presence across the site.
• Monitor the premises and help maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Carry out security duties in line with site procedures and requirements.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and escalate concerns when required.
• Deliver a professional service when interacting with colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders.
• Complete required security records and reports accurately.
• Support the wider team with site security requirements.

• A valid SIA licence is essential.
• A professional and responsible approach to security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to different situations.
