Ready to take the next step in your cleaning career?
Join Sodexo at Edinburgh Academy Senior School as a School Cleaning Supervisor and take on a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support your team, maintain high standards and help deliver a clean, safe and welcoming environment for the whole school community.
This is more than a cleaning role. You’ll have the opportunity to build your supervisory experience, develop your people-management skills and take greater ownership of the daily operation, supported by training and development opportunities with Sodexo.
With a consistent Monday - Friday working pattern, permanent year-round employment and a supportive team environment, this is an opportunity to combine stability with the next step in your career.
As School Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll take an active role in leading the day-to-day cleaning operation while remaining visible and hands-on with your team.
You’ll be someone who leads by example, takes pride in high standards and knows how important good leadership is to create a reliable and motivated team.
Already an experienced cleaner ready to take your first formal step into supervision? We'd still like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the right leadership qualities, reliability and commitment to high standards.
This role is an opportunity to build experience beyond day-to-day cleaning.
If your longer-term ambition is to progress further within cleaning, facilities or site management, this role can help you build valuable supervisory experience while continuing to work closely with the operation.
At Sodexo, we believe in recognising the contribution our colleagues make every day.
This is particularly suited to an experienced Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader, Cleaning Chargehand, Senior Cleaner or experienced Cleaning Operative who is ready to take on greater responsibility.
If you’re looking for a role where you can lead people, build your supervisory experience and take greater ownership of service standards, we’d love to hear from you.
Bring your experience and leadership potential. We’ll give you the support and development to take the next step.
