We currently have an opportunity for Retail Team Leaders to join our amazing team at Millwall Football Club

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression
The Den - Home to Millwall football club, founded in 1885, 140 years ago as Millwall Rovers.
What you'll do
- Welcoming of retail customers, ensure till orders are being taken correctly and ensure the food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner, dealing with any complaints and liaising with retail stand manager regarding matchday operations
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
- Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising kiosk staff roles for the shift, customer queue management and completion of paperwork.

- Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
