- Shifts between the hour of 06:30am - 10:30pm

Join Sodexo as a Retail Assistant and become part of a friendly, customer-focused team dedicated to delivering a high standard of service every day. You’ll play an important role across our retail outlets, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring our customers receive a positive experience.
Working as part of the team, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the operation, maintain high standards and represent Sodexo with professionalism and pride.
What you'll do:
- Deliver a high standard of service while maintaining clean, tidy and well-organised retail and kitchen areas, following a ‘clean as you go’ approach.
- Receive and put away deliveries, rotate stock and ensure shelves are well stocked and free from out-of-date products.
- Provide excellent teamwork and communication, working across different retail outlets on-site as required and supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks.
- Follow all health, safety, security and hygiene procedures, including reporting accidents, hazards, pests, suspicious activity and faulty equipment promptly.
- Complete required training, paperwork and meetings, maintain appropriate uniform and PPE, and carry out other reasonable duties as directed by management.
What you bring:
- Previous customer-facing experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of tasks and working across different retail outlets as required.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and an understanding of health, safety and food safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours and adapt to business needs.
