Relief Security Officer
Location: Diageo, Broxburn
Pay: £13.95 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full time
Working pattern: Flexible, with no fixed shift pattern
Help keep people, property and premises safe as a Relief Security Officer with Sodexo at Diageo in Broxburn.
We’re looking for a confident and flexible security professional who can prioritise tasks, work independently and provide a professional service. You’ll bring a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and secure environment, adapting to changing requirements as part of your relief role.
What you’ll do
- Provide a professional and visible security presence.
- Support the safety and security of colleagues, visitors and premises.
- Remain alert to security concerns and report incidents in line with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, using basic computer systems.
- Prioritise your workload and use your initiative.
- Provide flexible relief cover with no fixed shift pattern.
What you bring
- A valid SIA Security Guard licence.
- A current first aid qualification.
- A driving licence.
- Confidence, reliability and a flexible approach to work.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative.
Applicants must be aged 21 or over, as specified in the site requirements. Appointment is subject to successful completion of the required vetting.
