As a Receptionist with Sodexo, you'll be the welcoming face of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless workplace operations and shape that all-important guest experience.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for the client and deal with client requests
- Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver consistent front-of-house operations, including reception, visitor sign-ins, communal areas and meeting room coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support a seamless workplace experience.
- Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure Reception is a tidy, organized and welcoming space to create a great first impression.
- Conduct Post Room duties, receiving items or packages and delivering to other users of the building
- Ensure Mailroom is kept clean and tidy
- Communicate to customers when items are available for collection
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in a similar client facing Corporate Receptionist Role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
