Job Introduction

As a Receptionist at Sodexo based at Chivas Brothers, Blythswood Square in Glasgow, you’ll be an important part of the front-of-house experience, providing a professional and welcoming service to employees, clients and visitors.

You’ll be a key point of contact on site, helping to create a positive first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to deliver consistently high standards of customer service.

What you’ll do

• Provide a professional, welcoming and efficient reception service.
• Meet and greet employees, clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Act as a key point of contact for queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception and front-of-house service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service throughout the working day.
• Follow site security, safety and vetting requirements.
• Work closely with colleagues and wider site teams to deliver an excellent workplace experience.

What you bring

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A professional and approachable manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work confidently in a customer-facing environment.
• An SIA Door Supervisor Licence, including First Aid, or willingness to complete the required licensing process.
• The ability to successfully complete the required site vetting clearance.

• SIA licence and site vetting clearance required
