As a Reception Team Leader with Sodexo at Newbold Revel, Rugby, CV23 0TH, you’ll lead from the front to ensure the reception service provides a welcoming, professional and efficient experience for everyone arriving on site.
Newbold Revel is a busy residential training centre, welcoming colleagues attending courses from across the Prison Service. Similar to a hotel or conference centre, the site provides training, accommodation and other facilities for those staying and learning on site.
You’ll take a hands-on role in the daily running of reception while leading and supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards. From welcoming clients, visitors, contractors and colleagues to overseeing room bookings, arrivals, departures and accommodation check-ins, you’ll help keep the service organised and running smoothly. You’ll also coordinate workloads, support team training and development, maintain accurate records and ensure site procedures are followed.
If you have experience leading a reception, front-of-house or customer service team, excellent communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and booking systems, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a busy and varied environment.
