  • Provide governance and technical oversight to operational teams.
  • Establish and lead account reconciliation processes for completed works.
  • Ensure robust project governance and adherence to organisational processes.
  • Support account and operational teams with technical decision-making, cost management and governance.

About You

You will be an experienced project or programme management professional with a strong background in construction, building services, maintenance or a related technical environment.

We are looking for someone who can combine strong technical understanding with commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

You will ideally have

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Experience working within a construction, maintenance or similar technical environment.
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations.

  • Strong supply chain and contractor management experience.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills.
  • The ability to identify, assess and manage project risks effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering value.
