Production Chef
Wrexham
We are currently recruiting for a Production Chef to join our catering team in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a passion for food preparation and customer service.
The successful candidate will support the daily catering operation by preparing and serving food and beverages to a high standard while ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to company standards
- Complete kitchen ordering and HACCP documentation
- Support the daily catering operation and Chef Manager
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Operate the EPOS till system
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and vending machines onsite
- Follow all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
- Support across all catering areas as required

- Good cooking knowledge and food safety awareness
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Able to work independently and use initiative
