You'll play a key role in supporting more than 8,000 casual workers across our venues, ensuring our people systems are efficient, compliant and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

As our People Operations Manager – Systems, you'll be the subject matter expert for our workforce management platforms, helping our venues maximise the value of systems including HumanForce, Tribepad and MAPAL.
You'll be an experienced People Operations or HR Systems professional who enjoys solving problems, influencing stakeholders and driving positive change.
