This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR systems professional who thrives on improving processes, using data to drive decisions, and making technology work better for people. You'll play a key role in supporting more than 8,000 casual workers across our venues, ensuring our people systems are efficient, compliant and deliver an outstanding employee experience.

What you'll be doing

As our People Operations Manager – Systems, you'll be the subject matter expert for our workforce management platforms, helping our venues maximise the value of systems including HumanForce, Tribepad and MAPAL.

You'll:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of our HR and workforce management systems.
  • Ensure our time and attendance processes are accurate, efficient and fully aligned with payroll.
  • Partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support workforce planning, onboarding and the casual worker lifecycle.
  • Drive system improvements, upgrades and new functionality that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Produce insightful workforce reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Deliver engaging training and coaching for managers and users, building confidence in our people systems.
  • Champion data accuracy, compliance and best practice across all HR processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with venue teams, agency partners and key stakeholders while providing expert systems support across the business.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced People Operations or HR Systems professional who enjoys solving problems, influencing stakeholders and driving positive change.

You'll bring:

  • At least 5 years' experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Experience working within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management, scheduling and time & attendance systems.
  • Experience supporting staffing, recruitment or workforce planning activities.
  • The confidence to train, coach and support managers in using HR technology effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for improving the way people systems support the business.

Additional Information

  • This role is home-based with travel across the UK as required.
  • Occasional overnight stays will be required to support training, site mobilisation and business needs.
