Hours: 24.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 21:30 – 05:00
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the iconic Johnnie Walker site in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong cleaning experience and supervisory skills to lead a team and ensure high standards are consistently delivered in a prestigious city centre environment.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and support the night cleaning team to deliver exceptional standards
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in line with site requirements
- Monitor performance and provide guidance and support to team members
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Support with training and development of team members
What you bring:
- Previous cleaning experience within a commercial environment
- Supervisory experience or the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
