About the role

Marketing Manager (Food) - Field Based

Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience
Location: Home-Based with Regular Travel Across Sites (3-4 Days Per Week in the Business)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help grow customer participation and engagement across our brands.

Please note: This is a predominantly field-based role and is not suited to candidates seeking a primarily home-based position. The successful candidate will be expected to spend 3-4 days per week onsite across our operations, working closely with operational teams to drive performance, deliver initiatives, and maintain brand standards. Flexibility is essential, as there will be occasions where you will need to support mobilisations and operational priorities at short notice.

Working closely with our Operations teams, you'll identify opportunities to increase customer spend, improve performance and ensure our brands are delivered consistently across all sites. You'll use customer insights and sales data to develop and test new ideas, sharing what works across the business to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver initiatives that increase customer participation and sales.
  • Use customer and sales data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage promotions, offers and customer engagement activities.
  • Test new ideas and measure results to understand what works best.
  • Share successful initiatives and best practice across sites.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards, training materials and operational guidance.
  • Carry out brand audits and work with teams to improve standards and execution.
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams to support performance and customer experience.
  • Create case studies and performance reports to support business growth and client conversations.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role, spending 3-4 days per week onsite across locations and able to travel as required.
  • Flexible and responsive to support mobilisations and operational priorities at short notice when needed.
  • Experience working in hospitality, retail, foodservice, leisure or another multi-site environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Confident using data and insights to make recommendations and drive performance.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, promotions or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience developing training materials or supporting operational standards would be beneficial.

What You'll Achieve

  • Increased customer participation and commercial growth.
  • Strong and consistent brand standards across sites.
  • Successful marketing initiatives that can be rolled out across the business.
  • Clear reporting and insight to support business growth and client retention.
  • Continuous improvements that enhance both performance and customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys working closely with operational teams, using data to make decisions and delivering initiatives that make a real difference to business performance.
