Sodexo Justice Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join the facilities team at HMP Addiewell.
You’ll be responsible for:
Repairing and carrying out preventative maintenance on mechanical and water systems
Maintaining plumbing fixtures and completing scheduled servicing
Keeping accurate maintenance and repair records
Working alongside and escorting specialist contractors
Participating in the on-call rota and responding to emergencies
Working safely and in line with relevant trade standards, regulations and Sodexo policies
What you’ll need
SVQ Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical
Proven experience in water/mechanical installations and maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Previous experience in a similar role
Full driving licence
Ability to pass an enhanced disclosure
Desirable: Gas Safe (CCN1/COCN1), Emergency First Aid, PASMA/IPAF.
