The role in the team
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be an essential part of a well-run, professional kitchen, supporting chefs and ensuring everything behind the scenes is maintained to the highest standards.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team delivering an exceptional dining experience every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining spotless standards across all kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils
- Ensuring back-of-house areas are consistently clean, safe, and well organised
- Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations alongside the chef team
- Taking care of waste, recycling, and storage areas with attention to detail
- Upholding high levels of food safety and hygiene at all times
What you bring
- A dependable and professional approach
- Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- A strong team ethic and willingness to support others
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-quality environment
- Previous experience is helpful, but not essential. Attitude matters most
