Workplace Coordinator

About the role

At Sodexo we know how important our fantastic family of Coordinators are – keeping our site running smoothly for our colleagues and visitors. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator to join us at in Cambridge.

Being the go-to person for our team on site, you’ll be super organised and supporting with administration duties. You'll champion invoices and payments, responding to active requests whilst ensuring you keep customer service at heart of all you do.

We want you to bring your can-do attitude, flexible approach to working and your great reliability with you when you join us. Don’t forget to bring you excellent attention to detail and good communication skills too!

Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own! Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Responsibility

  • Management of and order of stationery, office supplies & free issue food supplies
  • Manage courier services on site (both outgoing and incoming), and assisting with other incoming deliveries to site as required
  • Where appropriate, reporting of accidents and incidents
  • Assist with setting up of meeting room display/video conferencing equipment for on-site meetings
  • To report and follow up on any maintenance faults on the site
  • Conduct Weekly Health and Safety Walks of Building & complete other required Health and Safety documents and checks
  • To carry out audits and checks of the facility, collaborating with the local Workplace team to ensure the space always offers a 5 star experience to the clients
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Understanding and experience of ensuring focus is on individual customer needs, capable of anticipating any needs whilst meeting required service levels
  • Flexibility that is focused to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong PC skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Well organised and good prioritisation and planning skills
  • Key focus for this role is to ensure that all FM services are delivered in a confident and efficient manner
  • Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking

  • 40 hours per week
