Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00

Main Responsibilities
Deliver a welcoming and professional reception experience for all visitors, clients, and colleagues
Manage the visitor management system and maintain accurate records
Provide administrative and IT support including meeting room booking systems, mailroom duties, and general workplace tasks
Respond promptly to client and customer queries, ensuring a high level of service
Liaise with contractors and building services teams as required
Uphold all health, safety, and security procedures in line with site requirements
Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Ensure compliance with Sodexo policies and procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent IT and communication skills
A proactive and professional approach to customer service
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Must be 18 or over and hold a valid UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK required
