Weekend Catering Assistant

Role Responsibility

Till operation - using ePOS system.
Process washing up using dishwasher.
Assist in pot sink area
Liaise with chef to ensure breakfast is well stocked and keep counter looking fresh and tidy.
Serve customers during Breakfast
Fill Vending machines
Any cleaning duties as per cleaning schedule
Remove any rubbish from Catering Areas
Clean down work area (sinks and hand-wash sink) Follow correct de-greasing/sanitisation procedure as per training. Ensure sink area/walls clean. Hygienically store/wash any cleaning materials (dishcloths, scourers etc)
Any duties requested by Supervisor or Chef

We are recruiting for a Weekend Catering Assistant

7am – 12 noon Saturday and Sunday.

Previous experience essential

Minimum age of 18
