HMP Forest Bank have an exciting opportunity for a Visits Administrator to join our dynamic and supportive team.

In this role, you will be responsible for booking legal and domestic visits for the prison. This may be a visit from a friend or family member or a legal professional meeting with a prisoner to discuss their case.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Book both domestic and legal visits for the prison, ensuring they are recorded and filed away accordingly
Ensure all visits lists are compiled and ready for distribution within set timescales
Ensure visiting orders are printed, collated and ready for issue on Friday afternoons

Salary: £23,464.34 rising to £24,715.74 after 12 months, plus excellent benefits!
