About the role
At Sodexo our Technical team are second to none and we currently have an opportunity for a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge!
You'll be responsible for building management SHE activities, such as fire safety systems, SSOW, BOSHE, environmental risk assessments and accurate asset information whilst ensuring you keep our client's and customer's needs at the heart of what you do.
Supervising a team of technicians, ensuring performance management and the correct capabilities are available within the team will be one of your main duties and you'll work closely with the IFM Planner and Co-ordinator to produce the weekly plan for all Sodexo services in the area.

A few things about you
Your experience of leading multi-functional technician teams in a regulated environment where asset performance is a business critical requirement will be very important in this role.
Alongside your well-developed knowledge of maintenance processes, and the application of best practices in technically complex customer environments you'll have experience of integrated risk management and the methods employed to manage engineering risks, hazards and controls.
As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there’ll be procedures, site specific guidelines / requirements and regulations to follow such so it is vital that you have a good understand of Health and Safety at Work regulations and previous experience adhering to set engineering standards.

- 40 hours per week
- 7am-4pm
- Monday-Friday
- There is also a requirement to be on a call out rota alternate weeks and overtime as required with call out allowance
