As a Working Technical Supervisor / Facilities Maintenance Manager at Sodexo, you will play a pivotal role in the hands-on maintenance and management of technical and facilities services. Your experience in electrical, catering, refrigeration, and mechanical maintenance will be essential in delivering both planned and reactive repairs while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
In this position, you will lead and motivate a high-performing team, coordinate subcontractors, and develop strong client relationships. Your strategic leadership will drive significant projects and technical works, ensuring the delivery of services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. What you’ll do:
• Supervise and manage the technical and FM teams, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance works as per the maintenance system.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for PPM and reactive works, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Provide strategic leadership and be the point of escalation for all FM and technical issues on-site.
• Proactively build client relationships and support site leads in developing strategies that meet emerging client needs.
What you bring:
• Qualified in an Electrical or Mechanical trade, with proven hands-on experience in maintenance systems.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with a strong focus on client and staff engagement.
• Experience in managing technical maintenance projects and completing PPM and reactive repairs.
• Proficient in managing CAFM maintenance systems and supervising technical teams.
• Ability to interpret and utilise complex technical systems and manage multiple priorities effectively.
