About the role

At Sodexo, our Security Officers are vital in making sure that we provide a safe and secure environment for our clients. We currently have vacancies for Security officer to join our friendly and dedicated team at Reading

You’ll be playing a big part in keeping our colleagues and our site safe and secure with a keen eye and a brilliant way with people.

Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to booking in visitors and managing couriers, dealing with briefing packs, CCTV monitoring, visible day and night patrols of our site, reporting and assisting with any security issues and ensuring all our paperwork is up to scratch.

This role will be covering the Friday night - Sunday night 12 hour shifts only. 

A few things about you 

We want you to bring your great attention to detail, customer service skills and I.T know-how. Don’t forget to bring your team spirit and great communication skills too

An SIA licence is essential and experience in a similar role is a must. If you hold a CCTV Licence that would be great but even if you don't, we would still love to hear from you!
