We are seeking a reliable and professional SecurityGuard to join our team in Derby.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality securityservices, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and clientrequirements. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe and secureenvironment on site, addressing any security concerns promptly and in line withcompany policies, training, and assignment instructions. This position requiresa proactive individual committed to upholding professional standards andachieving both company and client KPIs.
What you'll do:
- Deliver a professional, courteous, and helpful security service at all times, maintaining exemplary standards of conduct and appearance.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents, ensuring the safety and communication of all site users.
- Monitor site systems, records, and documentation diligently, ensuring full compliance with procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Support and liaise with visitors, contractors, and statutory authorities, promoting adherence to site policies.
- Communicate regularly with site management, providing feedback and implementing improvements to enhance security operations and service delivery.
What you'll bring:
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid SIA Frontline Guarding licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with intermediate IT skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently
