Retail Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

Your role will include the following duties:

To assist and maintain the day to day running of the RA Café, Courtyard Café & Casson Room Café and any areas used as part of this operational space to the Company standards, within the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.

This a customer facing role and all other tasks must be completed out with of key service times and presence within the retail areas is expected during peak business operational hours.

· Day to day running of the designated retail spaces, including opening, and closing.

· Coach and support the team on the ground to deliver exceptional customer’s service.

· Provide support to the Retail Manager to plan and promote additional activities, seasonal

promotions and customer engagement

· Adhering to all H&S and Food Safety Laws as set out by the company.

· Comply with all legislation.

The Ideal Candidate

· · You will be able to comply with all Company & client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace.

· · You will ensure that all relevant checklists have been completed, adhered to and updated as required.

· · You will ensure that sufficient staffing levels are always in place to ensure that the retail areas run as smoothly as possible

· · Experience with Cash Reconciliation

· · You can ensure high standards of personal performance, hygiene, appearance, and cleanliness always

· · You can communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring, and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service, which Sodexo provide.

· · You will participate in any necessary training and team meetings as required to complete job responsibilities to the Company’s and Client’s standards e.g. health & safety, food hygiene.

· · You can work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships within the Sodexo team

· · Experience with reporting customer complaints or compliments and taking some remedial action if possible.

· · You will report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such or advice as may be appropriate.

· · You can comply with all Sodexo Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations
