Residency Living Co-ordinator

About the role

At Sodexo we know how important is to run accommodation – keeping our site running smoothly for our guests and colleagues. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residency Living Co-Ordinator  to join our prestigious team at Northumbria University 

Being the go-to person for our team and residents, you’ll be super organised and delivering with a variety of tasks. You will create fun living experiences for our residents, providing the best platform from which our students can excel at their studies! This role will work to develop and deliver the residency living program ensuring student are supporting from application to alumni.  You will be a master when it comes to social media to ensure our students are regularly updated as well inducting new residents. You will support every aspect of customer service and be responsible for events management and coordination. This is a strategic role for the business with a lot of opportunity for learning, development and growth. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional customer journey and you will be core to achieving this goal.

A few things about you

We want you to bring your can-do attitude, flexible approach, organisation skills and your reliability. Don’t forget to bring you excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills too!

Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own! You will be a champion when it comes to building strong client and stakeholder relationships !

Your ability to lead and influence an audience will be an added bonus too!

Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Package Description

  • 40 Hours per week 
  • £11.01 Per hour 
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00- 17:30 with flexible working outside of these hours to run events, engagement and support residency advisers
  • Full training provided 
  • Frequent transport links within a short walk
