Reservations Coordinator
Job Introduction
Sodexo's Prestige Venues and Events have a fantastic opportunity for two Reservations Coordinators to join our team of event specialists supporting with all bookings made for the Bateaux London.

In this exciting role you will take reservations over the phone and by email and input them into our bookings system. You will carefully take note of any dietry requirements and any special request from customers ensuring we are able to provide them with a first class experience.
You will have excellent customer service skills, be computer literate and able to work effectively when working from home.
Role Responsibility
- Take reservations over the phone and e-mail and input them correctly into Priava
- Respond to all enquiries from individuals, agents, third parties
- Accurately input dietary requirements, allergens, upsells and special requests
- Comply with data standards for the booking system
- Process payments in line with company procedures – ensure all advance payments are received prior to the date of the cruise
- Provide customers with accurate product information, upselling to Platinum cruises where possible
- Ensure all KPI’s are met – call handling, upselling, e-mail response times
The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally you will have worked in a similar role previously
- You will have excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Basic numeracy
- Able to work flexibly with some weekend working

The role will be based from home, working 5 day's out of 7 with some weekend working.
