Function: Sales – from Junior Executive to Head of Sales

At Sodexo Live!, we create the hospitality moments that make the world’s biggest sports, entertainment and business events truly memorable. From iconic UK stadiums and arenas to leading conference centres and cultural destinations, we partner with venues and events that bring people together.

We’re building a talent pipeline of sales professionals with strong MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) experience for current and future roles across the UK from Junior Sales Executive through to Senior Sales and Head of Sales positions.

Where you could make an impact

Depending on your level and the team you join, you could be:

  • Driving B2B sales for corporate hospitality, premium sports packages and VIP experiences across our stadium and arena portfolio.

  • Winning and growing MICE business – meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions – for our conference centres and prestige venues nationwide.

  • Developing venue sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue across sports, cultural and major event spaces.

  • Building deep client relationships with agencies, corporates, rights holders and venue partners.

  • Creating compelling proposals and pitches, working with operations, marketing and culinary teams to design best-in-class experiences.

  • Leading and mentoring sales teams (for senior/Head roles), setting direction, driving performance and embedding best practice.


Is this right for you?

We’re interested in hearing from people at all levels who have:

Essential

  • Experience in MICE / venue-based events sales (for junior: clear exposure and strong interest; for senior: a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets).

  • A genuine passion for sports, live events and hospitality.

  • Strong B2B sales skills – prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions and closing.

  • Confidence working with KPIs, revenue targets and pipelines.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills – written, verbal and in-person.

For Senior / Head of Sales level, we’ll also look for:

  • Leadership experience – coaching or managing a sales team.

  • Experience shaping and delivering sales strategy, ideally across multi-site or national portfolios.

  • Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders, rights holders and venue partners.

If you don’t tick every box but have strong MICE exposure and a hunger to grow in sales, we still want to hear from you.
