We currently have an opportunity to join the recruitment team at Royal Stoke University Hospital as a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a busy role, where you will have the opportunity to support the end-to-end recruitment process including organising interviews and giving feedback to candidates. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements, support candidates through the hiring process and be responsible for ensuring Right to Work and DBS documentation is compliant.
A few things about you
It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude and the ability to multi-task is key. Your communication skills will need to be top notch and you should be a strong team player!
You will need to adapt quickly to changing priorities and be a good problem solver. IT skills are important for this role alongside experience using Microsoft Office packages.
As we are based on an NHS site, it will be mandatory for all new staff to evidence full COVID vaccination (before 01 April 2022) in line with Government requirements. Exemptions do apply.
- Up to £9.60 per hour depending on age
- Monday to Friday working 8am to 4.30pm
