Quality Improvement Assistant

Job Introduction

As an Quality Improvement Assistant  at Sodexo in Wythenshawe Hospital you will be very well organised, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a challenging environment. What you’ll do:

  • Undertake daily quality monitoring audits of cleaning standards to ensure continuous improvements within the Environmental and Hotel Services.
  • Provide timely reports on rectifications via the monitoring systems.
  • Escalate areas of concern
  • Build relationships with the Trust Estates and Facilities Team so as to develop a collaborative approach to the continuous improvement standards
  • Act as an interface for patients and our end service users, to capture and measure continuous levels of service satisfaction. This will be achieved by reviewing data from a number of sources, and with an agreed set of measurements you will work to rectify unsatisfactory service experiences and contribute to the enhanced efficiencies and continuous improvement outcomes across the site.

 

What you bring: 

  • Computer literacy – MS Office packages
  • Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills   
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure   
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box

Package Description

If you have attention to detail and excellent organisational skills you could be the administrator we are looking for

  • Hours: 35 per week
  • Shift pattern: 5 over 7,  7 hours shifts between the range of 7:30-21:00
  • Rate of pay: £11.45 per hour
  • 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
