Job Introduction

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the timely closure of all PPM works on the handheld device system

• Ensure the timely closure of all Reactive/Helpdesk works on the handheld device system

• Support the on-call roster

• Undertake maintenance and reactive activity on a wide range of Mechanical Building Services equipment including DHW systems, LPWH systems, building controls, and waste pipe maintenance

• Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing & HVAC systems

• Manage energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives

• Coordinate external contractors to complete required maintenance or breakdown service

• Plan and organize minor installation and improvement works

• Conduct permit to works, working at heights, risk assessments, and lock out tag out procedures


What you bring:

• 3 years’ experience in plumbing building services and plant maintenance

• Safe Pass Training

• Level 6 of the NQAI Certificate in Craft Practice or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude

• Numerate and computer literate

• Full Clean Driver’s License
