What you’ll do:
- Provide strategic support to the site management & contract in order to implement and maintain business improvement, process standardization and improvement in all service lines.
- Assist in point of escalation and issue resolution in the contract when necessary.
- Pro-actively develop and build the client relationships on all J&J sites.
- Provide guidance on all IFM service delivery and act as an SME for service delivery.
- Be responsible for delivery of business targets and maximising the profitability of the contract and deliver the required results.
- Be responsible for training site teams to be able to provide the day-today delivery of services to J&J.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria.
- Experience of Hard and soft FM contracts is desirable.
