We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations & Administration Co-Ordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Administration.

As a Operations & Administration Co-Ordinator you'll:

• Lead the creation, execution, and review of operational action plans to ensure full contract compliance and team alignment.

• Drive the change process to meet key milestones and deliver results.

• Support the effective delivery of Cleaning and Catering services in line with contract standards.

• Champion consistent application of Company and Client policies to enhance service quality and performance.

• Oversee company systems, including HR, Health & Safety, Training, Audits, Payroll, Billing, and general administration.

• Manage core HR functions such as Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development, Absence Management, and Performance Support.

What we're looking for:

• Solid educational background with qualifications in Administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.

• Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive in planning activities, meetings, and events, with the ability to anticipate and overcome challenges.
