Office and Outstations Administrator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for an Office and Outstations Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Reception duties including greeting visitors, answering and directing telephone calls.
  • Receipt and despatch of all mail
  • Order stationery, carry out monthly stock take and prepare monthly stationery budget returns
  • Input of trading invoices using EProfit
  • Logging customer complaints on the Help Desk and forwarding to the Service Manager
  • Issuing, receiving and checking timesheets
  • Preparing paperwork recording holidays, sickness and overtime
  • Input on Personnel Management System (PMS) of absence and holidays
  • Logging all accidents on the accident report line
  • Supporting the Service Manager in training and administration duties for the outstations
  • Distribution of company magazine and newsletters to all units
  • General office duties including typing, filing, faxing etc.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Essential

  • Good numerical and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Desirable

  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
