As a Health and Safety and Waste Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to people with specified Health and Safety responsibilities, helping to keep our Global Client's facility a fabulous and safe place to work!

What you'll do: 

• Provide administrative support to people with Health and Safety Responsibilities on site
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
• Prepare and submit reports on safety activities and compliance status 
• Track corrective actions and incident data
• review important safety documents
• Coordinate audits and inspections

What you'll bring: 

• Confident with excel spreadsheets and audit trails 

• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy 

• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines 

• Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision

• Communicate effectively in person, on telephone and by electronic means

• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets, and presentation

• Identify, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors, and to develop processes

• Waste stream knowledge would be ideal but not essential
