We are looking for skilled and passionate Mixologists to join our bar team. This is your chance to showcase your cocktail knowledge and creativity in a fast paced vibrant environment.

What you will be doing

• Preparing and serving a range of classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard

• Delivering excellent customer service with energy and attention to detail

• Maintaining a clean organised and well stocked bar at all times

• Supporting the bar team during busy matchdays and exclusive events

• Upselling premium products and enhancing the guest experience

About you

• Previous experience as a mixologist or cocktail bartender in a busy bar or hospitality setting

• Confident in your knowledge of spirits wines and cocktail recipes

• A passion for creating memorable moments through great drinks and service

• Able to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a high energy team

• Flexible and available to work evenings weekends and matchdays as required
