What you’ll do: 

• Provide 5-star service and build relationships with users at all levels, ensuring excellent communication.
• Manage mailroom and reprographics services, including producing and printing documents, and using various office equipment.
• Report safety concerns, conduct visual checks, and use security screening equipment as needed.
• Maintained detailed records of reprographics activities and mail tracking, and kept documents for auditing purposes.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to various departments
• Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating pick-ups
• Assist with internal mail and document deliveries within the office
• Keep the mailroom organized, clean, and efficient
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

What you bring: 

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Canva
• Essential Ability to produce finished documents to a professional standard
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; flexible approach to working arrangements; willingness to undertake appropriate training
• Timely and accurate completion of documents; attention to detail; responsible and able to challenge ideas in confrontational situations
• High level of customer service experience in prestigious environments; focus on individual customer requirements and care
