This role will be to help the Talent Management team in end-to-end talent processes. You will be comfortable working on your own but under the guidance of the Talent Manager and Head of Talent management on talent projects. We will give you knowledge to understand what the talent process is so that you can grow you knowledge and support ongoing projects. We run talent networking events and this role will help organise them and get an understanding of how we promote best practise across the business.
You will be able to work with Microsoft Office Apps such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally it would be great for the role holder to be in commutable distance and be able to travel to our Salford office 1 or 2 days a week during the 6 month placement. This is a flexible approach and home working is included.
Role Responsibility
Main Responsibilites
- Supporting on projects with developing our talent management processes to our frontline staff, understanding demand and where we can have a positive impact.
- Use of Talent Analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions for change
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team on the delivery of CRM system.
- Working with internal stakeholders to promote best practice in line with talent management objectives
- Supporting in the delivery of talent solutions to drive workforce planning and succession planning to strengthen business performance.

Package Description
This role is a 6 month contract based remotely with occasional travel to our Salford office. At present, we can only accept applications from those who are currently unemployed, between 16-24 years old and receiving Universal Credit.
The role is 25 hours per week, based over Monday to Friday, working time and days will be discussed during an interview.
