Job Introduction

As a Lead Head Chef at Sodexo, you are the driving force behind our culinary excellence. You'll lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring quality, creativity, and efficiency in every dish.

What you’ll do:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Manage inventory and stock levels, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate menu planning and special events, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on culinary trends and industry best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our menu offerings and dining experience.

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and seasonal flavors.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Certification in food safety and sanitation practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
