Job Title: Industrial Cleaner
Location: Unilever Seacroft, Seacroft, Leeds, LS14 2AR
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Driving Licence Required: Yes
Minimum Age Requirement: 18

Job Introduction
Sodexo is seeking a reliable Industrial Cleaner to join our cleaning team at Unilever Seacroft in Leeds. This is a full-time, site-based role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining hygiene standards in a busy, operational environment. If you are physically fit, can follow instructions and have a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine industrial cleaning duties including manual and physical tasks

  • Operate cleaning machinery and ensure safe use of cleaning agents

  • Maintain cleanliness in production and associated areas in line with site standards

  • Follow strict site protocols, health and safety guidelines, and cleaning schedules

  • Complete relevant documentation and report any hazards or issues

  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet hygiene requirements

Ideal Candidate

  • Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual work

  • Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions

  • Flexible and committed with a strong work ethic

  • Previous experience in an industrial cleaning environment is desirable but not essential

  • Full UK driving licence required
