Job Introduction

IFM Operations Director 
Location: Dublin, Ireland. 
Salary – Up to €80,000 based on experience
10% Bonus & €6,000 benefit package

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced IFM Operations Director to lead our established onsite teams and work alongside our prestigious global client based in Dublin. 

Working across 2 large manufacturing sites, you will provide leadership to the onsite facilities teams, whilst effectively managing the IFM operational delivery through your department leads to ensure an exemplary service.

Drawing on your previous experience in IFM management you will be at the forefront of maintaining and developing Sodexo’s relationship with the senior client stakeholders, whilst also focusing on opportunities growth and development in our teams and services.

About You 

Experience and knowledge required for this role: 

  • Experience of working with as part of a client facing senior management team in a IFM environment. 
  • Able to successfully influence and challenge at senior level with strong political and social skills
  • Resilient, able to work autonomously, and comfortable with rapid change
  • Proven strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Flexible approach, self-motivation with ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
  • Able to influence in a variety of ways at all levels of: Clients, Suppliers, Industry & Market. To enable business to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
  • Able to develop a culture of continuous improvement that positively impacts clients and suppliers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to select the most appropriate method of communication with the ability to present professional information in a relevant and well-reasoned manner at all levels
