Head of Brand Activation and Deployment

Location: Remote / Home Based with frequent travel across the UK and Ireland

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 based on experience

Car Allowance (5K), Bonus of up to 20%

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced brand and marking professional to join our forward-thinking Corporate Services team in the UK and Ireland.

Working closely with the wider internal team, senior client stakeholders and operational teams on site across the UK and Ireland, you take the lead on further developing and refreshing Sodexo’s on-site client restaurant experiences.

Focusing on our successful Modern Recipe brand (Modern Recipe: contemporary food to nourish body, mind and planet (sodexo.com)) which is already established at our prestigious client sites and offices, you will lead on the enhancement and further unification of the brand's presence across all physical sites.

This role will give you the scope to bring your creativity and innovation for branding and physical marketing to life across our client sites and further establishing Sodexo as the supplier of choice.

Whilst this is a remote based position the role will require you to frequent travel across the UK and Ireland to work at our client sites across both the UK and Ireland.

About You

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

Commercial and industry acumen and knowledge of external workplace management service and retail developments & innovations within branding and marketing
Ideally have established experience in holding senior role within Food/Facilities Management or Property Management company.
Sales and operational experience would also be desirable.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Strong influencing skills to ensure commitment throughout the business to quality standards of food and service within offers.
Experience of training others successfully
Strong client engagement and relationship model
Strategic mindset – Ability to think strategically and deliver project goals § Project management and KPI setting & tracking.
Understanding of how to work effectively with a matrixed, global organization and leverage knowledge across the organisation.
Self-starter, high level of autonomy combined with strong teamwork.
