From basic plumbing to joinery and fabric repairs you’ll be the go-to person at our site in Banbury, You won’t ever need to worry about two days being the same!

A few things about you
We want you to bring your experience in a similar role, your great time management skills and your can-do attitude with you when you join us. You must also have an NVQ level 2 or above for this role.
Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this.
Maintain high level of standards for the building fabris by conducting weekly chacks and reporting back to the supervisor any issuesfound.
To assist with the Maintenace and upkeep including minor refurbishment of the Premises.
Completion of both planned and reactive as issued by the command centre / Supervisor
Carry out routine testing and maintenace of equipment provided for firefighing exuipment.
Carry out routine maintenance of fire pumps and associated Fire valves including weekly and monthly inspections and recordingand reporting the findings
Carry out minor plumbing ,carpentry,decorational works around site and external gutter cleaning

Ability to work unsupervised as necessary
Be able to communicate at all levels with Honesty
ability to Problem solve in a safe and efficient manor
A customer focused approach
Excellent Comunication skills and good time managment
Reliable and responsable Attiude
Strong planning and organizational skills
Knowlege of H&S Legislation and COSHH.
Proven ability to prioritise and able to work fro own initative
- 37.5 hours per week
- £13.09 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- Paid Overtime Available on request
