Contract Type: Fixed Term (9-12 months)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (07:00–19:00 shift pattern)
Hourly Rate: £13.40
Job Introduction
We’re looking for a Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Diageo’s prestigious London headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a first-class experience to visitors and employees alike in a high-profile corporate setting. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping guest impressions and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and guest areas.
Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
Monitor and manage office spaces to maintain a consistent and excellent guest experience.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
Respond to queries, troubleshoot guest issues, and provide general support services across the building.
Represent Sodexo and Diageo to the highest standard of professionalism and service.
The Ideal Candidate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
Experience in a front-of-house, guest services or hospitality role.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proficient in basic IT systems and comfortable using digital booking tools.
Flexible, dependable and well-presented at all times.
