General Front of House Assistant

Sodexo are on the look out for a Front Of House Assistant  in Cambridge CB2 0BA If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you! Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our front desk!

What you’ll do:

  • Act as an “Oracle” for all the services, products in the building.
  • Support positive relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues
  • Ensuring that self, colleagues, and guests are working within a safe environment. That any unsafe practices are raised to appropriate members of the team to rectify
  • To ensure that the site rules are enforced
  • Compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
  • Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance

What you bring:  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in handling multi line phone systems

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

  • A hands on approach

Package Description

General Front of House Assistant / Part Time 

  • 5 out of 7 days including weekends
  • 20 Hours worked per week
  • £12  per hour + Sodexo Benefits.
