Front of House Supervisor

Job Introduction

Role Responsibility

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are monitored, measured and managed
Gain regular feedback from customers
Actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth
Ensure that the Sodexo Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times
Consideration to the three checks for safety before completing an task
Ensure the methods of preparation, production and presentation conform to Sodexo and the School’s standards
Carry out any other reasonable request by the management team
Carry out daily cleaning as per the daily and weekly schedules
Ensure the standards within the catering area are in accordance with the service level agreements and client expectations

Experience of working in a team and on own initiative
Positive attitude, self-motivated
Flexible approach to the role
Some previous catering experience is required

Salary: £9.45

Location: Woldingham CR3 7LR

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours a week – 5 over 7 days
